Do I return it
Please wait until we ask you to return the faulty item
as this may not be necessary. First send us a picture
of the problem in this way we will analyse it better.
If it fails within the warranty period we may repair
or replace the item if you send it back to us; delivery
charge would be at your own expense.
Refund
We Refund or remplace the tools if any problem occur
within 14 days of purchase .We would refund the entire
value of your purchase if we confirm the real problem,
and if you ask us for that by e-mail or by mail providing
us a statement of the expense during this period.
