If it Breaks
If an item purchased from this site fails under what would be considered 'normal operation' here's what to do.
Make contact with us describing the item where and when you bought it, and what has happened you can do this by email.
With your description we will have a better idea of the situation and know how best to proceed.
Do I return it
Please wait until we ask you to return the faulty item as this may not be necessary. First send us a picture of the problem in this way we will analyse it better. If it fails within the warranty period we may repair or replace the item if you send it back to us; delivery charge would be at your own expense.
Refund
Goods returned within 7 days of receipt can be exchanged or refunded. Goods returned after 7 but within 28 days of receipt, can be exchanged against other goods or a credit note will be issued. After 28 days of receipt no goods can be exchanged or refunded. Any goods to be refunded or exchanged must be returned with original packaging and receipt.This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery
You should receive your items between 5 to 15 working days after the payment. Except when the office is close.
